Copying any of the code contained within this template or any other products sold here and claiming it as your own is also prohibited. If no company name was given on the order form, the license will be in the name of the customer name that was submitted. If a company name was given, the license will be in the name of that company. Only one customer or company may be named on the product license. .
SharePoint Design Studio, at its own discretion, will decide if any terms of the agreement have been violated by customer. Upon e-mailed notification to customer of Terms of Use violations, SharePoint Design Studio may revoke customer's license to use the product. In that event, customer agrees to any and all of the following: .
Customers found in violation of this agreement, found reselling or redistributing our product will forfeit all rights to future products of all software. .
The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold SharePoint Design Studio, and any persons affiliated with the company, from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against SharePoint Design Studio, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by SharePoint Design Studio's agents, employees, or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SharePoint Design Studio, its agents, officers, and employees, against liabilities arising out of: any injury to person or property caused by an products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with SharePoint Design Studio products; any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; copyright infringement; or any defective products sold to customer from SharePoint Design Studio. .
